Soon we will record some new songs. Actually we could have already recorded them by now, but we have to find a studio that has enough cool vintage stuff to impress us first. Some bands record stuff in front of laptops in bedrooms. That’s not good enough for us.

Kevin Shields from My Bloody Valentine said something smart, funny and also a bit ignorant when asked if he could just have used a wah-wah pedal instead of bouncing his guitar tracks a couple of times with different EQ:s (for you who don’t understand this technical crap, he did a lot of extra work that seems pointless). To this, he simply answered: “In attitude toward sound, yes. But not in approach.”
